EASY AND RAPID IMPLEMENTATION
Many executives contemplating Business Intelligence implementations are considering extremely expensive and time-consuming efforts - new software, new computers, overhauling databases, extensive employee training, etc.
We have a different approach – based on Agile Methodology. That is, rather than spend hours and numerous meetings fully scoping the ultimate finished project, we start with low-hanging fruit – small but useful pieces of a larger goal.
This allows us to get used to working together and gives the client a better feel for what the final product can be. Subsequently, the entire project can be handled in very manageable chunks such that there is no need for countless meetings, approvals, and more before even getting started!
NO DISRUPTION
Initially, we find ways to hook into or export from current databases and/or software. Then we manipulate that data independent of its source. Therefore, we don't have to interfere with current data infrastructure and no system upgrades are required. Only after providing significant value might it become practical to have us work with IT to make any back-end accommodations.
NO EXTENSIVE TRAINING OR RESULTING EMPLOYEE RETENTION ISSUES
Many organizations have invested thousands of dollars or more to train their employees on elaborate Business Intelligence Systems. Unfortunately, if not used daily, the skills tend to evaporate rapidly. And, rest assured, the rare employee who does master and use your new system daily will post something to that effect on their Linked In page - you’ll be hard-pressed to retain them.
Virtually all Business Intelligence Systems share one vital feature – an Export to Excel button. That’s because almost every office worker in the developed world knows Excel to some degree. Therefore, by using Excel as a Front-End, we drastically reduce the training time required to fully utilize our dashboards and other customized products.
